External Works – Substantial ground works required prior to construction of footings and base to extension. Two story extension to create office and showroom space. Also storage and workshop access to side of building.
Internal works – Create and extend first floor offices with flooring, internal walls and toilet/washrooms. Groundfloor create and extend flooring, reception counter, storage and workshop to rear with access vis security roller shutter door.
