Alterations to Oulton Abbey, Church Lane, Oulton, Stone, Staffordshire.
The nursing home is part of Oulton Abbey which is a grade 2 listed building. The works comprised of forming stud walls to create DDA compliant bathrooms in the bedrooms and, forming three ramps and raising floor levels to allow for wheelchair access.
Additionally, we replaced the existing boiler, fitted LST radiators, fitted a flow return hot water system, upgrading the fire alarm and also installing new lighting.
To finish, new carpets were fitted to the bedrooms and corridors, safety flooring in the wet areas and ceramic wall tiles for decoration.
