Conversion of a former Church to a modern contemporary offices. SCC Building & Maintenance were delighted to have been chosen as principal contractor to undertake a 6 week renovation / refurbishment of a former Church to be the new home for the Yes Agency.
Works included a complete strip out, internal alterations, full re-wire with DATA systems, complete new Plumbing heating system complete with column / vertical radiators, full replacement windows / alterations to the existing openings to receive PVCu anthracite grey windows, full re-plastering works, decoration, new kitchen, wet-room / shower room…..externally partial clad of the exterior including the clock-tower with cedar cladding. The work was delivered on time before Christmas 2014.
