External Works – To construct two storey extension to the rear aspect of the house to create new first-floor en-suite bedroom & ground-floor dining room.
The extension features a first floor bespoke floor to ceiling Galleried window and ground floor full-width conservatory glazing. There was an extensive fabrication and structural engineered design utilised.
Internal Works – New bedroom with feature raked ceiling and fully tiled contemporary en-suite with under-floor oom heating. The ground-floor consists of an open plan dining room with under-floor heating. Full decoration throughout.
