Extensions and alterations to a ‘dated’ bungalow at Baldwins Gate. The project involved extensive structural alterations to create a large, modern open plan living space comprising a complete strip-out with newly installed insulated concrete floors, underfloor heating throughout, new plumbing, heating and electrical installations and new plasterwork throughout. Further work included a large single storey extension to create two additional bedrooms and the whole project was tastefully completed with a new modern roof, anthracite grey aluminum windows, doors and bi-fold doors and a white rendered finish to the external walls.
