A single storey extension comprising of a kitchen, utility room and ground floor cloak room.
The extension was built into the side of a bank which involved forming a tanking membrane to the external walls.
The roof construction was a single ply membrane on a plywood deck. The roof also consisted of aluminum roof lights with self-cleaning glass.
The works also included the provision of a new boiler and under floor heating.
